I’ve been making this exact recipe for many years. My youngest son requests it several times a week. Sometimes I add creatine or vanilla protein powder and then there are times I don’t add anything. Organic is better and wild blueberries have more nutrients and antioxidants, so I always try to have those on hand.
Ingredients:
1 banana peeled
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/8 cup frozen blueberries (wild blueberries are better)
1 cup of rice milk (you can experiment with other types of milk)
Instructions:
*Place the fruit in a blender
*Add milk (add more or less depending on desired thickness)
*Blend completely
