Blackberry Mocktail

Crafted by Kim in the nourish + flex kitchen

Martha Stewart was recently shown making a blackberry mocktail on social media, but my recipe is a little different. I’m excited I got it right on the first try and couldn’t wait to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it!

Blackberries are full of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. This beverage has no added sugar so there’s no guilt. 2025 is a great year to get serious about your health and rethink how alcohol affects your life in a negative way. Gradually reduce your intake and take note of how much better you feel. Make yourself a priority and live each day to the fullest! Check out my article about “gray area drinking.”
