Golden Turmeric Latte

If you’re trying to reduce your caffeine intake, then this golden latte recipe is worth a try. I like using rice milk, but you can experiment with any plant-based milk.

Rice milk (fill a mug ¾ full)
1/8 tsp turmeric
¼ tsp ground ginger
2 shakes of ground cinnamon
2 twists of black pepper
1 tsp honey

*Heat milk on the stovetop just until boiling (plant-based milk is recommended for this recipe)
*Add in seasonings and stir with a whisk
*Add honey and stir again
*Pour into mug

There are a lot of variations of this recipe so feel free to create your own! You can also use a frother if you have one.
