This quick recipe is made with simple ingredients. It can be the main dish or the complement to a spaghetti dinner. Add it to your meal plan this week!
Ingredients:
1 cup of breadcrumbs (I use gluten-free Aleia’s)
2 eggs
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 pounds of ground chuck
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Olive oil to drizzle
Instructions:
*Preheat oven to 375 degrees
*Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
*Combine breadcrumbs, eggs, and parmesan cheese
*Add beef and seasonings and mix. Roll into 24 meatballs
*Drizzle each meatball with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes
